What is your return/ exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of receiving if;
* The product does not meet your expectations
* You have received a faulty product
* You have received a wrong product
Just contact or team on our WhatsApp (+92 348 7377266) or our email (watchitpk123@gmail.com) and share your order number along with the issue. After that you can ship the item back to us. Once we receive your parcel and check the item, your refund/exchange will be initiated.
Please note that refund/exchange will not be accepted if;
* The item has any visible damage,marks or scratches
* The item is broken
* The item has an issue due to misuse from your side
* The wrappings/plastic coverings have been removed
Do you offer international shipping? And how long does the shipping take?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
* For the USA, shipping takes around 3-4 days
* For the UK, shipping takes around 7-8 days
* For the Europe, shipping takes around 10-12 days
Please note that the shipping time may be a little more or less depending on flight delay, customs clearance, etc.
Also, please note that the shipping times shared above are after the parcel is shipped from our side.
When will i get my parcel?
* For orders within Karachi, it will be delivered either the same day or the next day
* For more other cities, it takes around 3-4 days.If you want your parcel urgently, like in 1 or 2 days, then you will have to pay the full amount in advance

Do you provide COD (cash on delivery) service?
Yes, we provide COD service for all orders within Pakistan. However, for orders exceeding Rs 10,000, you will have to pay 10% of the total amount in advance.
Can I open and check my parcel before paying?
No, you can’t check your parcel before paying. However, we do have a return/exchange policy. You you can return or exchange the product of you don’t like it or you have received a wrong/faulty product.
How do i track my order?

How do I take care of my watch?
With every order, we send a small booklet (Brief Care Guide). in that booklet you will find instructions in how to take care of your watch, set the time, etc.
